Delivering peace of mind across the void since 2387

Fall ill on the wrong planet? We bring you home.

Your standard galactic health plan stops at the thermosphere. MASA Galactic doesn't. When an emergency strikes 40 light-years from your home clinic, we dispatch a crewed medical starship — and we take care of the bills, the fuel surcharge, and the re-entry paperwork.

2 billion+lifeforms protected
11star systems served
400+licensed flight medics
0.3 AU/saverage response burn

Good protection starts with good propulsion

We take care of the bills — and the re-entry.

The only nationwide — and planet-wide, and system-wide — emergency transport protection that covers the gap your terrestrial insurer pretends doesn't exist above low orbit.

🚀

Transport from anywhere

Stranded in a Europan ice fissure or a Martian dust storm? One signal to Mission Control and a warp-capable medical cruiser is burning toward your coordinates. No deductible at the airlock.

⚡

Quick benefit payouts

Claims settle at the speed of a tachyon courier — most members are reimbursed before the cryo-fog clears. No forms to notarize on three moons first.

🛡️

Protection beyond transport

Oxygen reserves, gravity stabilization, suspended-animation berths, and return passage for one companion and up to two emotional-support organisms. We cover the hassle, not just the hull.

Our mission

From distress beacon to home dock in four steps.

Ping us

Trigger your MASA pendant, tap the orbital app, or just scream into any open subspace channel. We monitor them all.

We dispatch

Nearest crewed medical starship peels off station-keeping and plots an intercept course. You'll get an ETA in local time dilation.

We treat & transport

Board, stabilize, and burn for home. Trauma bay rated for 9g sustained and the occasional hull breach.

We handle the bill

You recover. We argue with the spaceport, the fuel cartel, and your terrestrial insurer so you never see the invoice.

At the helm

Every space bus has a captain. Ours is a legend.

Our fleet of pressurized medical space buses runs round-the-clock milk runs between the colonies — and the most-requested driver in three systems has a seat with your name on it.

Autopilot: OFF — Don's got it
Meet "Danger" Don
Chief Space Bus Captain · 2.1 million light-years logged

They call him Danger Don, but the only danger is how smooth the ride is — you'll sleep clean through the asteroid belt. Four decades behind the yoke, a perfect safety record, and he still irons his tie before every evac run. If your stretcher is strapped into Bus-01, you're already home; Don just hasn't told you yet.

  • 0 missed exits, ever
  • 40 yrs incident-free
  • 9g certified, rides like a cloud
  • #1 requested pilot, 3 systems
  • Hand-waxes the hull himself

Member story

"They brought their Nana home."

Left: Jill Marlow Ballance in a MASA spacesuit hiking the slopes of Olympus Mons on Mars with trekking poles. Right: Jill reunited with her two grandsons at the MASA medical capsule. Summit day on Mars → home with the boys
"I rolled my ankle three switchbacks below the Olympus Mons summit — 72,000 feet up, no way down, and Mars does not have an ER. MASA Galactic had me Starlifted to Earth and in surgery the same day. Thirty years a nurse, and I've never seen a crew that good. I was back holding my grandsons by the next weekend."

"Appendix ruptured mid-shift on Titan. MASA had a cruiser on the pad in nine minutes and I woke up in orbit over Earth. Never saw a bill."

Questions from the launch pad.

What counts as a medical emergency off-world?

Anything a licensed flight medic would classify as life-, limb-, or consciousness-threatening: trauma, decompression injury, radiation sickness, cryo-burn, unscheduled reanimation, or a confirmed hostile-fauna encounter. Hangovers from station-brewed moonshine are, regrettably, excluded.

Do you really cover interstellar transport?

On Deep Space and Lifetime Galactic, yes — warp-capable cruisers within the covered horizon. For destinations beyond 11 star systems we'll coordinate a partner carrier and still handle the billing.

Is there a deductible at the airlock?

Never. If you're conscious enough to hear this answer, you're covered. We settle costs directly with spaceports, fuel cartels, and your terrestrial insurer afterward.

Can my family or crew be covered too?

Household and registered crew add-ons are available on every tier. Every plan already includes return passage for one companion and up to two emotional-support organisms.

What if I'm already in cryo-sleep when something goes wrong?

Your berth transmits vitals to our monitoring array. If anomalies cross the threshold, we dispatch before you'd ever wake — the very definition of peace of mind across the void.
